To use the CN-01, simply attach it to either the left or right side of the RS201 —offering a flexible setup to suit your workspace.

Place the dough on the board and gently rotate the handle to laminate it. The curling chain will then roll the dough into a uniform cylindrical shape in one smooth motion. -
