Is your product available in my country?
We ship the products by air with UPS.
We ship our products to all the countries where UPS delivery is available.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty.

How much will import duties and custom taxes be?
Customs office in your country may impose fees, import duties or any other taxes incurred in the country.
Japan Kneader has no control over those taxes.

About the Dough Sheeters
What is the difference between RS201 and RS101?
The main difference between RS201 and RS101 is the size.
Open exterior dimensions (main body);
RS101: 830 × 490 ×200mm
RS201:1030 x 580 x 270mm
Maximum recommended amount of the dough to be rolled at a time:
RS101+SB-03 :300g
RS101+SB-05 :500g
RS201+SB-01 :600g
RS201+SB-04 :1000g
After use;
RS101 can be taken apart and stored in a storage tote bag or in your kitchen.
RS201 is foldable and can be put away compactly.
Where they are used;
RS101 is mainly for home bakers who enjoy baking small amounts of pastries.
RS201 is recommended for use at home, in micro-bakeries, cafes and restaurants.
What is the thickness range?
RS201
The thickness can be adjusted from 0mm up to 27mm.
0~2mm (by 0.5mm), 2~27mm (by 2.5mm)
RS101
The thickness can be adjusted from 0mm up to 17.5mm.
0~5mm (by 1mm), 5~17.5mm (by 2.5mm)
Is the roller detachable?
The roller of RS201 is detachable and washable.
The roller of RS101 is not detachable.
How do I clean the storage tote bag for RS101?
<When the stains stand out>
Use mild detergent mixed with lukewarm water and pat the stain with a cloth.
<When you clean a bag> ※Hand wash is recommended
Wash a bag by hand with a mild detergent mixed with lukewarm water.
Wash away the detergent with cold water thoroughly.
※Please avoid using a dryer or dehydrator.
<Drying method>
Lay a bag flat to dry in a well-ventilated place.
Make sure to avoid direct sunlight.
Note: Note: The bag may shrink when exposed to water.
How much of the dough can be rolled out at a time?
Maximum recommended amount of the dough to be rolled at a time:
RS101+SB-03 :300g
RS101+SB-05 :500g
RS201+SB-01 :600g

Can I prepare (make) the board myself?
We do not recommend customers to prepare the Sheeter Board by themself.
There is a possibilities that Dough Sheeter may not work properly.
Please use our exclusive Sheeter Board for our Dough Sheeters.

Do you have a physical store in Japan?
We currently do not have the physical store in Japan.
If you plan to travel to Japan/are currently located in Japan, we can deliver our products to your hotel/place of stay or the Yamato sales/ branch office.

What is the shipping cost within Japan?
We do not charge shipping costs for the delivery within Japan.
Are the dough sheeters duty free?
Our dough sheeters are not duty free.
You will have to pay 10% Japanese consumption tax to buy one.
