Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept refund requests after your order has been shipped.
If you cancel your order through Shopify payment before the shipment, we will process the refund through Shopify.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your request has been approved but you haven't received the refund please contact your bank or credit company.
