Life changing

Love this machine! Easy to use and clean. We have a microbakery as a side job, and our main focus is croissants, we used to roll out by hand. I can laminate double the dough in the same amount of time and the shaping is more consistent.
I have been telling everyone about this. 100% would recommend to anyone. This weekend we'll be using it to roll out lots of cookies.
