What Makes Our Sheeter Boards Special?

Patented Multilayer Construction

Our blue-and-white sheeter boards feature a patented multilayer construction. An aluminum composite core is sandwiched between layers of food-compliant synthetic resin, creating a board with significantly greater rigidity and durability than our previous single-layer white boards, SB-01 and SB-03.

Made in Japan, Built for Durability

All materials are sourced and manufactured in Japan. The multilayer structure helps resist mold growth and eliminates the risk of splintering, providing a hygienic and reliable surface for professional baking and pastry environments. By paying close attention to the internal structure as well as the visible surfaces, we enhance the board’s long-term durability and reliability.

The inner core also incorporates recycled polyethylene, reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsible material selection.

Two Surfaces, Different Uses

Each blue-and-white board features two functional surfaces, designed for different applications.

Blue Surface — Easy to See and Cut

The blue surface makes it easy to spot flour residue and small particles at a glance. It is also suitable for use with knives and other cutting tools, much like a cutting board. As with a regular cutting board, scratches may develop on the surface when using knives.

White Surface — Smooth for Delicate Dough

The white surface has a smoother finish than the blue surface, making it ideal for delicate rolling tasks such as working with cookie dough or fondant. Its refined surface helps you work comfortably with a variety of ingredients and techniques.

Designed for Consistent Results

More than just an accessory, our sheeter boards are designed to support different baking tasks and help achieve consistent, high-quality results.
