What Makes Our Sheeter Boards Special?

Our blue-white sheeter boards feature a patented multilayer construction, with an aluminum composite core sandwiched between layers of food-compliant synthetic resin. This structure provides significantly greater rigidity and durability compared to conventional single-layer white boards, including the SB-01 and SB-03.

All materials are sourced and manufactured in Japan. The multilayer design resists mold growth and eliminates the risk of splintering, ensuring hygienic and dependable surfaces for professional baking and pastry environments. By paying close attention to internal components — not just visible surfaces — we enhance long-term reliability. The inner core also incorporates recycled polyethylene, reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsible material selection.

Each blue-and-white board offers two functional surfaces, designed for different applications. The blue side, easily recognizable at a glance, makes it easier to spot flour residue or small debris on the surface. It is suitable for use with knives and cutting tools, functioning similarly to a cutting board. (As with a regular cutting board, the surface may develop scratches when knives are used.)

Compared to the blue surface, the white surface has a smoother finish. It is ideal for delicate rolling tasks, such as working with cookie dough or fondant, where a refined surface is important. Designed to adapt to different ingredients and techniques, our sheeter boards are more than simple accessories — they play an important role in achieving consistent, high-quality results.
