Our manual Dough Sheeter RS301 is the latest and largest model in the series, designed specifically for bakeries, pastry shops, and restaurants that need greater capacity and efficiency than the RS101 or RS201 can offer.
Despite its larger size, the RS301 features a foldable, space-conscious design, making it easy to integrate into professional kitchens without sacrificing valuable workspace.
One of its key innovations is a unique mechanism that allows dough thickness to be adjusted with just one hand—providing smoother, faster, and more convenient operation compared to previous models, which required both hands.
Built for high-volume production, the RS301 effortlessly handles laminated doughs for croissants, puff pastry, and Danish pastries, while also being versatile enough for pizza, flatbreads, pie crusts, and more. When the dough is rolled out to its minimum thickness, it will fit completely on the board.

Depending on your preferred dough thickness, you may be able to roll more than our suggested amount of dough. However, please note that using dough amounts significantly above the recommendation may place extra stress on the machine.
