Worth the money

The sheeter itself is great and saves a lot of time And effort to make pastries.
I had to make a longer board 1 meter as the one i bought wasn’t long enough

Super easy to use!

I’m so happy with my RS101, I ordered the big board, best decision ! I can manage a big batch of dough. I mainly using it to laminate my Pasta Madre. Definitely worth it!

Not that easy to handle

Fantastic piece of tool, but it takes times to understand how it works best.
The board is a bit narrow though. 40 cm would have been better and easier to use
