IMPORTANT: Temporary Suspension of Orders to Certain Middle Eastern Countries & Possible Delivery Delays to Africa
Due to the current situation in the Middle East, there is an increased risk of delays and temporary hold-ups at international courier shipping hubs.
To avoid inconvenience to our customers, we will temporarily suspend acceptance of new orders to the following countries until further notice. Orders will resume once the situation improves.
1. Countries where new orders are temporarily suspended (as of March 3, 2026):
Israel / Lebanon / Iraq / United Arab Emirates / Qatar / Bahrain / Kuwait / Saudi Arabia / Jordan / Oman
Please note that the list of affected countries and regions may change without prior notice depending on the situation.
2. Shipments to the African continent
Deliveries to the African continent may take longer than usual. Please kindly consider this before placing an order.
