Simple Temperature & Time Control
Set the temperature and timer easily with simple, intuitive controls. The PF881EU allows temperature adjustment from 25°C to 42°C and timer settings up to 24 hours, giving you flexibility for different proofing needs.
*It does not include a humidity control function or a function to lower the temperature.
See Your Dough Rise
The large transparent door lets you easily monitor your dough as it rises without opening the door. Its wide opening makes it easy to load and remove dough.
The door can be installed to open from either the left or right side, allowing you to position the PF881EU to suit your kitchen space and workflow.
