The recommended dough amount shown is based on the following condition:
When the dough is rolled out to its minimum thickness, it will fit completely on the board.

Depending on your preferred dough thickness, you may be able to roll more than our suggested amount of dough. However, please note that using dough amounts significantly above the recommendation may place extra stress on the machine.
