Dough Sheeter RS101

Our manual Dough Sheeter RS101 is a compact and efficient tool, designed for home bakers who want to create small batches of high-quality pastries. Its lightweight, space-saving design is perfect for kitchens with limited space, and it’s easy to assemble, disassemble, and store.

The recommended dough amount shown is based on the following condition:
When the dough is rolled out to its minimum thickness, it will fit completely on the board.

Depending on your preferred dough thickness, you may be able to roll more than our suggested amount of dough. However, please note that using dough amounts significantly above the recommendation may place extra stress on the machine.
